Cancellation Policy

Cancel requests are not accepted for below situations.

1. Cancellation of a customized size handmade painting that is already made, but unable to ship or delayed in transit

2. Cancellation request of artwork that is already framed, but unable to ship or delayed in transit

3. Cancellation request of Painting that is already made, but unable to ship or delayed in transit

4. Cancellation requests for orders already shipped or delayed in transit

5. Cancellation requests for orders delayed due to lockdown/restrictions in your location

If you raise cancellation requests within 2 hours of placing the order, we will accept those requests. If artist has not begin work on your project, or if we have not painted the canvas, or framed the artwork - then we can accept cancellations after few hours after order as well.

Precious Collections have all rights to cancel the order anytime depend on some situation. In that case will inform you by mail/text also return your advance.
